1. Service provider and scope
The website and browser tools are provided by Oleksandr Kanalosh Buildora. Full provider information is available in theLegal Notice. These Terms apply torecipegain.app and its browser-based informational and calculator services.
Android purchases are made through Google Play and remain subject to the store's applicable purchase/subscription terms. These Website Terms do not replace Google Play terms or create a Windows commercial license.
2. Electronic services
The website currently provides, without a website account:
- informational pages about RecipeGain;
- free recipe-costing and profitability calculators;
- localized navigation between English, German and Polish content;
- privacy, legal and terms information; and
- links to external services or application stores when available.
The contract for a free website service starts when you access or use the relevant service and ends when you stop using it. You may stop at any time.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and a reasonably current web browser. JavaScript is required for interactive calculator functionality. Basic legal and informational content is designed to remain readable without JavaScript. You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own device and browser.
4. Calculator inputs and results
Calculators use the values you enter and deterministic calculation rules. Results depend on the completeness and correctness of your inputs. They are intended to support recipe-costing and commercial decision-making but are not accounting, tax, legal, food-safety or regulatory advice.
You remain responsible for verifying selling prices, taxes, business costs and compliance requirements applicable to your own business.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- submit or transmit unlawful content;
- attempt unauthorized access, interference or security bypass;
- introduce malicious code or deliberately overload the service; or
- misrepresent RecipeGain content or branding as your own service.
Normal browsing, search-engine indexing under the published robots rules and reasonable use of the calculators are permitted.
6. Availability and changes
RecipeGain may maintain, update or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, but will not use these Terms to remove mandatory consumer rights or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
RecipeGain branding, original website text, calculator implementation and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use calculator results for your own business purposes. You do not receive ownership of the underlying software or brand.
8. Complaints and contact
Complaints about an electronic service can be sent tooleksandr@recipegain.app. Please identify the service, describe the issue and provide information needed to reproduce or understand it. Complaints will be handled without undue delay.
9. Privacy
Information about processing of personal data and browser/app data is in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing rules
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law in their place of residence.
